Talk about getting a higher education

 

I have this school down the street from me, it use to be Park West High. But it's something else now. But these kid's will stop in my alley before and after school to smoke their pot. Talking about getting a high education. So anyway I've called the police about this, but the kid's keep coming back. and now with a grownup, and "Just smoking their weed".
