Notice anything different in the top picture, then look at the bottom picture.
The top picture was taken in 1966, but sometime after that. They took out that small statue, and replaced with that male mermaid ( I guess that's what that is suppose to be).
Yeah it's the same fountain, but why did they change it and what happened to that small statue?
The statue, what I can tell, looks like a small deer.
Turns out, that statue just might be in city hall, for safe keeping.
